Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Super convenient and incredibly well located (several great restaurants right downstairs and walking distance to so many key spots!), super clean, friendly staff, no issues at all, unexpectedly towels provided and a mini fridge! Sharing the bathroom was totally fine, I never had to wait at all and there was a sink in the room.

Cons:

Make sure to bring earplugs as noise carries inside the building (I came prepared though as it's a busy street so you expect noise from the outside! But that was actually less bad), also bring shower gel/shampoo as that's not provided. Otherwise my only picky issue was the pillows were quite hard!

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Hotel che scelgo sempre quando soggiorno a Torino. Super comodo ed è in centro, facile da raggiungere qualsiasi tappa della città.

A Franciscan Stay in Turin's Best Neighborhood
Pros:

Alba is a beautifully old-school Italian stay—a classic and, one might say, Franciscan albergo. Eschewing modern luxuries and retro fashions, it offers instead the simple joys of a well-made bed, plenty of heat, silence, and the steady, guiding hand of its wonderful owner, Loris. In Turin’s best neighborhood, less truly is more.

È in un'ottima posizione tra la stazione e il centro ed è collegata bene.
La stanza era accogliente, e con tutte le necessità... anche con un lavandino all'interno, che è stata una sorpresa molto molto piacevole, da ritornare

Pros:

Camera pulita. Personale disponibile e cortese.
Posizione ottima in quanto si è molto vicini alle attrazioni principali del centro, con distanze brevi percorribili a piedi.
Malgrado avessi occupato la camera durante l'orario delle pulizie indicato, quando sono uscita nel primo pomeriggio mi hanno fatto trovare la camera sistemata (letto rifatto, bagno pulito e nuova biancheria da bagno pur stando solo due notti... l'ho apprezzato molto).

Cons:

Arredo un po' datato, seppur tenuto in ottime condizioni.
