Some rooms are close to the street and therefore you can here the cars at night or during early morning.

Bathroom could’ve done with a deep clean, dust and mold on the towel rail in the corner. Would have been nice to shown where the pool was as we completely forgot about it until after we left! Traffic a little noisy as situated on main road

Douche had alleen koud water, airco werkte maar half, deur ging moeilijk op slot, zwembadtegels waren kapot. Gewoon veel achterstallig onderhoud en dingen die kapot waren.

Weniger gut fanden wir, dass die Ausstattung insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Außerdem waren die Handtücher teilweise leicht schimmelig und haben etwas unangenehm gerochen.

Es gibt keine Verpflegung und in der Nähe nicht viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen, nur gegenüber ein einfaches Warung.

No available breakfast. Although the place had potential, and all the facilities in the room, which at first glance appeared to be clean, it was run down, lacking in maintenance and this showed everywhere on the property. Simple things like the tea and coffee cup tray which was clean, but in such a state of disrepair with bits peeling off that it looked actually very dirty, best removed than have it looking like that - hygiene alert.
The TV didnt work and staff told us that all the rooms were the same; there was no arial working for a long time because the owner was in Bali.
Our front sliding door wouldn't close properly, issues with the lock that took many attempts as door did not line up with the lock .
The first room we wanted closer to the pool had a very noisy high pitched sound/ AC clearly broken, so we were offered a different room.
The bedding included a duvet with no cover which is unheard of in a hotel leaving doubts about hygiene , one of the towels we got looked like it had maybe fallen on the floor outside when wet and had dried splats of mud all over it.
The pool was shoved up in a corner between two crumbly walls and out of sight , it looked like an afterthought and unplanned; very long term mildew on all the stone work,. Let's put it this way. It was ok for a quick swim but not somewhere you would want to hangout as it was not an inviting pool either, not like photos; nowhere to lounge in the sun, no sunbeds, no flat area around the pool, you kind of have to climb from a path straight into the pool. Shame missed opportunity there as the garden was spacious and the pool could have been a feature amongst the trees surounded by the rooms. This hotel might have once been ok in its hayday but definitely no reason to particularly stay there unless everywhere else is full and you need a place to stay which was our case.

Nos encontramos en la habitación un ratón un día, una rana otro día, y un sin fin de bichos. El personal no dio la cara, salió literalmente corriendo y nos colgaron el teléfono. Además está alejado tanto del centro de Senggigi como de Mataram. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, muy decepcionada.

Location might not be the best if you have no personal transportation but there are convenience stores about a 5 min walk away

This stay was disappointing. There was a lot of mold growing in my room and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in. The wallpaper in the room was falling off the walls and the towel had stains on it. It worked for one night, but I would not stay here again.

Some of the employees are not very motivated ...
