Si tubieran mejor Internet diría excelente. Es algo que deben mejorar.

Tranquilidad y confort.
Pros:

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y confortable. Buen desayuno y los platos a la carta buenos.

Cons:

Wifi fallo en varias ocasiones. Le falta mayores servicios, los muebles de la piscina sin cojines ni toallas, el gimnasio muy pequeñito.

Well located. Beautiful old building with very nice atmosphere. Small details like decoration and fresh flowers. Nice garden. Comfortable rooms with very good bed. Clean. Very good breakfast and the lunch they offer in weekends is to recommend. Cleaning and restaurant staff very friendly and service minded.

Cons:

Staff at reception desk could have been more friendly at check in. We asked for early check in in advance. This was possible at extra costs but would have been nice if they would have informed us in advance. Despite having entered the correct credit card details to secure the booking, three times I received a message that these were not correct and no booking would be cancelled within 24 hours.

Falta de higiene en la habitación y ninguna solución.
Cons:

Me alojé una sola noche, desde el viernes por la noche hasta el sábado, junto a mi esposa. Llegamos cansados y nos fuimos directo a dormir.
Al despertarnos, notamos que la cama tenía sangre seca en las sábanas, claramente no era nuestra.

Hice el reclamo en recepción y la respuesta fue que lo iban a verificar mientras desayunábamos. Al volver, me confirmaron que efectivamente había sangre y que había sido un error de limpieza.
Regresé a la habitación pensando que, como mínimo, ya habrían cambiado las sábanas, teniendo en cuenta que eran alrededor de las 9:30 hs y que el check-out era a las 12 hs, por lo que nos quedaban horas de uso de la habitación.

Para mi sorpresa, las sábanas seguían sin cambiarse. Volví a reclamar y la única respuesta que recibí fue que no se cambiaron porque ese día ya hacíamos el check-out.
No ofrecieron ninguna solución, compensación ni disculpa acorde a la gravedad de la situación.

Una experiencia muy desagradable, especialmente por un problema básico de higiene y por la falta total de atención al reclamo. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.
