Recht großes Zimmer, nettes Personal

Cons:

Stickig, Schimmel an der Decke, Kommunikation eher mittelmäßig. Wollte late Check out, der erst Vorort im Büro besprochen werden sollte. deposit von 1000 Pesos sollten vorab nach einer Nachricht überwiesen werden. Sollte man vielleicht bei Booking angeben?! Habe ich natürlich nicht gemacht und würde ich auch niemandem zu raten.

Pros:

The host was pretty effective, helped and guided us to probably one of the most efficient check-in and check-out process.

Cons:

The unit, for the lack of a better term, is old. For amount I had paid for this property and other properties in the past(Shore & Shell residences), I’d rather stick with the latter.
- Parts of the floor are practically coming apart.
- The soap in the bathroom is VERY watered down.
- Poor construction around fixtures meant that mold and grime were present in crevices.

The room was ok for one night bed was clean and comfortable

Only information on what you shouldn’t do
All kitchen cupboards was locked except 1 with china and cups in
No tea towel to dry cup, plates but if you left them dirty you got charged.

Exelent, grate place. Nice location.

It is a nice and cozy place. It's well kept up and clean. The Staff are nice and helpful. Also, it's in a good location and a walking distance from SM Mall of Asia. Overall it is a good value for the price. Thank you for the nice

The unit itself. Especially the beddings! Blown away!

Cons:

It’s a bit farther from MOA by walking compared to SEA and Shell Residences, but otherwise it’s manageable. Just being nit-picky!

The location was very ideal for my travel. Bed and pillows were excellent.

It would be great if the kitchen utensils where more durable. Cooking wears would be best if you add cutting boards and bigger bowls.
