Hôtel bien placé mais service de bagagerie qui laisse à désirer

L'hôtel est bien placé, à proximité immédiate de la gare, et le prix de la chambre était avantageux.

Cons:

Il ne restait plus que des chambres fumeurs donc je le savais en réservant mais l'odeur est vraiment désagréable dans la chambre.

Ma plus grosse déception reste l'accueil reçu, j'avais choisi cet hôtel car j'avais lu des commentaires qui indiquaient qu'il était possible de laisser ses bagages au service de bagagerie pendant une journée, ce qui est idéal pour les voyageurs, qui comme moi, viennent à Onomichi pour parcourir la Shimanami Kaido et ne peuvent pas s'encombrer. J'ai voulu confirmer ce point en arrivant car cela me semblait acquis et le personnel a immédiatement refusé (par écran de tablette interposé pour traduire). Je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié la manière très froide dont j'ai été traité et après avoir voyagé trois semaines au Japon, je peux dire sans aucune hésitation avoir reçu le pire accueil de tout mon séjour à cet hôtel.

Je comprends bien que l'hôtel ne s'engageait pas à offrir ce service dans la réservation, mais il parle d'un service de bagagerie, et cela n'excuse pas l'accueil.

便利のいいところにあり、景色も素敵でした。

Cons:

自分が聞き落としたのかも知れませんが、チェックインのあとエレベーターに乗るまでの所に、歯ブラシやひげ剃りがあることが分からなかったので、部屋に着いてどこにあるのか探したりしました。

Pros:

I liked the locations close to the station. Its not as far as others described to the touristic center. A short walk and you are there. You can also easily start your bycicle rides or temple tour from here.

Pros:

Sehr köstliches Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl (v.a. an japanischen Speisen). Es gab an den 2 Tagen unterschiedliche Speisen. Die Lage ist toll. 3 Gehminuten entfernt ist eine gute Pizzeria, gleich neben einem Minimarkt (Lawson). Man kann problemlos von dort auf den Berg und wieder retour gehen. Hat auch meine 4 jährige Tochter geschafft. Personal war freundlich. Zimmer war okay. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Leider nur 1 Kopfpolster (mein Kind konnte kostenlos übernachten), sonst alles vorhanden. Am Gang roch es etwas unangenehm (in den Zimmern darf geraucht werden), aber im großen und ganzen nicht schlimm, v.a. verweilt man ja nicht ewig dort.

Pros:

グループの中では朝食がかなり良いと思いました。

Cons:

ホテルに関しては特にありません。周辺での食事の際に、ネットの営業情報があてにならず、夕食難民になるところでした。ホテルの方に確認しておけば良かったと反省しとります。

私にはビジネスホテルの宿泊が合っているようだ。

日曜の夜だけ料金が安く泊まれて良かった。
