The apartment is a really nice space, well decorated and really high ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is nice. A good location for the old town area of Seville and also with a 15 min walk of the train station making day trips easy. Check in and out process was very easy and online contact with property management was very helpful during our stay.
Even though the street the apartment is situated on is very quiet, any noise from the street is very audible in the apartment. This was not a big problem for us but could be an issue if you are a light sleeper
Due Wohnung liegt Zentral in der Altstadt. 15 min zum Alcazar, Kathedrale. Man erreicht alles gut fußläufig. Der Kontakt war auch sehr gut, es gab zügige Rückmeldung bei Fragen.

The apartment is modern, clean and is equipped with all essentials. The location is very convenient for exploring the centre of Sevilla. Restaurants, shops and most attractions are easily reached on foot.
During our stay there was renovation work happening across the street, which started early in the morning and was noisy, so it isn’t suitable for people who like to sleep in but it didn’t take away from our positive experience of the city.
El apartamento es muy bonito
No funcionaba la chimenea 3D. La ducha se quedó sin agua caliente y tuve que terminar de ducharme con agua fría. Estuvimos alojados en el bajo y se oía muchísimo la calle. No esta nada insonorizado.
Goede uitleg check in-uit. Modern ingericht. Het verblijf had alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Alles is op loopafstand, van supermarkt tot de bezienswaardigheden/restaurantjes.

This studio was one of the most beautiful we had stayed in during our 3 weeks abroad. We enjoyed having the ability to do our laundry (although it’s communal so be mindful to collect all of your items promptly to let others use it) and the kitchenette was helpful for making small meals so we didn’t have to leave constantly to get food.
Unfortunately the pool was not one I could submerge in and the adjacent properties are able to watch you

La posizione e il monolocale in sé molto curato nei minimi dettagli.
La piscina in realtà non è una piscina ma una vasca non curata con melma dove non era possibile neanche immergersi.
Per il check in abbiamo dovuto aspettare nonostante avessimo concordato un orario, non avevamo i codici per entrare e la signora delle pulizie ci ha aiutato a capire fortunatamente come entrare.
La localisation était parfaite ! Les communs sont níquel et très propre et le service client parfait 👌
La literie était un peu trop ferme pour nous
