Cons:

Нас не заселили. По приезду выяснилось, что они не заселяют иностранных туристов. Бронь на букинге ничего не даёт. А я то думала, почему они не ответили ни на одно моё письмо, да потому что они вообще не знают что такое букинг! Дали адрес другого отеля, где одна ночь стоит как у них неделя. Спасибо конечно. И отправились мы с чемоданом и рюкзаками на поиск других гостиниц, благо город большой и этот отель не единственный, а то остались бы ночевать у них на крыльце. Это худший сервис, что я видела когда либо.
