Pros:

体調不良のためアーリーチェックインをお願いしたのですが、こちらの不手際·我儘にも丁寧に応対してくださり大変助かりました。
部屋も圧迫感なく他の似たようなホテルより広めに感じられて清潔で眺望も良く本当に快適に過ごせました。
