Best hotel experience for me in bkk. I stayed in the superior suite loved the room so much. Pool n gym was great I used them many times. The smoking area is cute too. Only down side is the breakfast there isn’t many variations. Would still defo recommend it to frds. Wish the prices were lower tho if I chose to stay for such a long time

We stayed at GM Estate for 6 nights. The property is new and modern, but overall the experience was underwhelming for a longer stay. The family suite was spacious, with a huge bathroom, but lacked basics like salt and pepper, a tea towel, drying rack, Fairy. We appreciated the travel cot and high chair, but they weren’t set up despite being requested in advance - which was annoying.

The gym is a good size with a decent range of equipment. Breakfast was fine if you’re staying for 2–3 days, but for longer stays it was poor—same limited options daily, no decaf coffee, and no local fruit like mango. Tan and Lukkate were especially polite and helpful, though some staff were overly strict (e.g. not allowing us to take a banana, despite having paid for breakfast).

Housekeeping was inconsistent—bins weren’t always emptied, towels not replaced, and floors not properly cleaned. Wi-Fi was a major frustration: it kept disconnecting across all devices and required constant re-login. Management tried to help, but the issue persisted.

Reception and security staff were excellent—friendly, helpful with luggage, and ensured taxis pulled up close. However, the nearest BTS is a 10min walk (in Bangkok’s heat, that’s not a comfortable stroll ), and the hotel is a few streets from sleazy massage parlours—something families should be aware of.

In conclusion, we wouldn’t return for a long stay.

Pros:

This very clean, quiet and friendly place was a respite from busy Bangkok! We were made to feel very welcome with a special birthday surprise and outstanding service whenever we entered the lobby. The two bedroom accommodation was spacious, clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The walk to public transport was easy (even with kids), and also close to shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay!

Stayed for three nights. It’s one of the best properties. Staff is super friendly and polite. Rooms are spacious. Very clean. Great views from roof top restaurant and also from room. Definitely suggest everyone to enjoy your stay at this beautiful property.

호텔 리셉션 직원분들이 친절하십니다.
노보텔 옆 블럭 쯤에 위치하여 있고 아속역에서 10분 정도 걸어야 하지만 전반적으로 만족스러워서 추천드립니다.
아파트먼트에서 3분 걸으면 작은 세븐일레븐 있습니다.
호텔 내부 사우나실, 수영장 있습니다.

The hotel seems to be very new as the elevators and all the equipment in the room seemed very fresh.

Everyone working there was very kind and the breakfast was made to order.

The only thing that it was not near the station, everything else was perfect

整體是滿意的，酒店很乾淨，服務員親切有禮，但酒店嘅位置離BTS站比較遠，行入去要10幾分鐘，而酒店Shuttle Bus嘅服務只去到下午三點，而且不設回程，實在是有待改進
