Pros:

Hotel limpo, quartos amplos, nos colocaram em um quarto que tinha ligação entre eles o que facilitou bastante por estarmos em família. Certamente voltaremos.

Confortável, silencioso, impecavelmente limpa . Café da manhã muito bom! Atendimento muito receptivo e eficaz.

Pros:

Quartos limpos, chuveiro quente e todos os equipamentos estavam em pleno funcionamento. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e estacionamento gratuito com vagas durante minha estadia.

Cons:

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura, tudo é muito limpo e organizado. Infelizmente o atendimento deixou a desejar. Funcionários da recepção utilizavam o telefone pessoal durante o expediente, priorizando isso em detrimento do atendimento dos hóspedes. Não foram receptivos durante minha estadia e desconheciam as políticas do hotel. Em um dos momentos presenciei uma conversa onde uma das recepcionistas reclamava do trabalho e dos hóspedes… Muito desconfortável. Como ponto de atenção sugiro a gerência acompanhar mais de perto a equipe.
