Cons:

During our stay, we experienced multiple issues:
Excessive noise, requiring us to change rooms.
The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained.
Dirty carpets and an unpleasant smell in the rooms.
Hair and dirt were present in the bathtub upon arrival.
The main light in our children's room stopped working - we could not switch it off anymore - difficult to sleep with the lights on.
The surrounding area felt less safe than expected.
Overall, the hotel did not provide the quality we reasonably expected considering the price we paid.
We would like to emphasize that the hotel staff were friendly and tried to assist us by.

Cons:

The fact that I had to pay four dollars if I wanted water. I like the workout room, but there should be a water cooler in there.

Decent stay, old hotel, small rooms, but safe and secure and nice staff!
Pros:

Close to union square. Secure because doors are locked. Not many homeless people during the day. Let us check in early for free.

Cons:

Parking garage only one guy working. Bad communication between the garage and the lobby staff. Also expensive for parking for one night $60!
