Pros:

The ambience and room were quite good.

Cons:

Ac was not working and we had to shift rooms twice but still in such a hot summer day we were without ac. And in shifting rooms again and again.We remember we gave old room. Key to the attendant but they said they don't have it and were charging us extra for no reason

Cleanliness and maintenance need to be improved. Maybe more cleaners instead of just one?
Pros:

The property was like the photos but was not well mentioned. The size of the room, the views and the balcony. The staff were available and helped to arrange a hire car asap. The bed was a queen size and very comfortable. The location fantastic.

Cons:

The fridge was unclean and was obviously switched off frequently. Other than towel and toiletries in the bathroom nothing else was available. We had to ask numerous time for things which should have already been in the room. The room was clean however not fresh and had obviously been clean at least a week before. There was nothing to make a tea or coffee. One glass. The tables had there fair share of use and should have been replaced. The bathroom was small and had been clean but the smell was discussing. It would get really bad at night and smelt like a sewer. There was a constant leak from outside the room. They really need to sort this problem out. It a shame because the hostel would be A class if the standard were met but the attitude was so laid back I’m surprise no one has fallen yet. Standards need to be improved.
