Great location good service
The location, the room size, the breakfast, the complimentary wine evening, the excellent guest experience team member Amal!
There could be more space for suitcase storage in the room or drawers so that you can put clothes away.
Good location
The bed was a little uncomfortable and it was too small with no space for cases. The air conditioning was difficult to get right. The bathroom underfloor heating was fixed and could not be turned off.

Das Hotel ist super Zentral gelegen. Die U-Bahn Stationen sind sehr nah. Man ist in ein paar Minuten am Times Square.
Das Hotel bietet ein kleines Frühstück, das nach meiner Meinung, ausreichend ist, da man ja eh noch die typischen Speisen von New York probieren muss.
Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber wohl für New Yorker Verhältnisse normal. Ansonsten gibt es alles was man braucht auf dem Zimmer.

Posizione ottima, molto centrale rispetto alle vie classiche di NYC e vicino alla metro. Gentilezza e servizi nello standard degli hotel americani.
Colazione: scelta molto limitata. Avendo incluso la colazione nella tariffa mi aspettavo di fare una classica colazione americana. In realta' e' una colazione di tipo drop-off: hai incluso un caffe (o un succo di arancia) e una brioche da portare via. Ci sono po dei tavolini (molto pochi) per consumare. A questo punto e' preferibile scegliere una tariffa senza colazione e andare a fare una vero breakfast in centro (ci sono delle bakery carine nei dintorni).

Noisy (probably to be expected from the city that doesn’t sleep). Would really benefit from some soft close doors for guests who don’t seem to realise it will slam everytime!
