Pros:

広くて清潔感があった。
洗濯乾燥付きのドラム洗濯機があること。
洗面のコップワンポイントの色が違うのでどれが自分のか分かりやすくて助かりました。
カウンターもあって調理器具もあるしホテルだけでも楽しめると思いました。
布団と枕がとても良くて、気持ちよく寝れました。

Wonderful, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, especially with 2 small children!
Pros:

The accommodations were amazing! All of the amenities that you could want on a trip, short or long. Great location, near food, substation, and anything else that you could need. Modern look, very comfortable, and tons of space!

Fantastisk opphold for far med to barn på 8 og 12 år
Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhet nær metroen. Koselig og fredelig nabolag med convenience stores i umiddelbar nærhet. Barna elsket køyesengen, baren ved kjøkkenet og den store sofaen.

Pros:

The room is beautiful and really spacious. The location is also really good. It is also really clean.

Cons:

You get cleaning once for every 6 days. This seems very very little, it is rated 4 stars after all.
Also the building was not that secure, anyone could just take the elevator and reach our floor.

パジャマパーティーには良かったです
Pros:

広くて、洗面台が２つ、キッチン、洗濯機があるところ。
あとオシャレ

Cons:

湿気がすごくて、冷房を効かせてもただ寒いだけなので除湿機があればよいのかなと思います。
前に泊まった方の香水なのかあらゆるところに匂いがついていて若干不快でした。空気清浄機と除湿機があれば
ぜんぜん違うのかなと思います。

Pros:

Location was great, as it was rather centralised and close to Yotsuya station which is linked to other train lines. It is also in the alley with lots of eateries and other services. There are a couple if eateries at the beginning of the alley which are obviously popular since there's always long queues of people whenever we passby. The hotel room was wonderful too, as it was spacious with enough walking space even with our many luggages. Room was also very clean and very self contained complete with kitchenette. Overall, we had a good stay. Highly recommended.

Cons:

My daugher who slept on the sofa bed by the window said it was a bit noisy at night as the hotel is right next to a restaurant cum bar. We had a 2nd floor room, so she could hear lots of people talking downstairs from her sofabed by the window during night time.

The other less inconvenient thing is that since it is an unmanned hotel, there's nobody we could call to seek help when we had some trouble with the self check-in and door locking. We were totally on our own to figure out how things work, so it was a little frustrating at the beginning. But once we got past that, the entire stay was peaceful and comfortable.

Best hotel in the area
Pros:

Liked everything about this property and the location. Stayed here with friends and it was the best. Staff were super responsive when I had questions. It had a kitchen, washer/dryer and love how clean it was and spacious. Also, so many great restaurants in the area and the best breakfast spot not too far from there just a 10 min walk. It’s called No.4 must try if you are near there.

Cons:

Wish their was an Iron but that’s just what I prefer to have when traveling.
