Pros:

Food was excellent
Staff friendly and helpful,bedroom and ensuite clean.
Very peaceful at night.
Lobby/foyer lovely private areas for conversations, coffee ,drinks etc

Cons:

I feel areas of the hotel would benefit from a deep clean, floors in ladies bathroom under sink surrounds off the lobby, entrance doors to bathrooms sticky, did not feel clean.
I feel there is a regular deep clean of bedrooms, behind bedside tables was due a quick dust.

Staff at breakfast times are very busy.
To assist Staff it would be beneficial if extra butters were available at breakfast self service area, also a self service ketchup dispenser.

Good stay, Nice Hotel with pool, 5 mins walk to town
Pros:

Great location on the edge of the river and 5 mins from town. Nice rooms and good fitness facilities.

2 nights away golfing in West Waterford
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great location with EV charging facilities. Staff were so welcoming and cheerful and always went above and beyond. Burger in the bar is to die for 😋
