Goede uitvalsbasis voor Oostduinkerke en Koksijde, maar niet zo gezellig om binnen te zitten
Pros:

Het appartement ligt op een rustige locatie, op wandelafstand van de zee en het centrum van Oostduinkerke (20 minuten wandelen). Er is gratis parking aan de locatie, wat fijn is. Alle beloofde voorzieningen waren aanwezig. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot.

Cons:

Op alle ramen is een privacyfolie geplakt, waardoor het appartement een opgesloten gevoel geeft. We vonden het een beetje vreemd dat er geen sleutel was voor de deur van het appartement zelf, enkel voor de voordeur, die gedeeld wordt met de eigenaars. In de keukenkasten waren sommige borden nog vuil en er ontbrak wat basispoetsgerij om het aanrecht te kunnen proper maken of snel iets af te wassen. De zetel was kleiner/anders dan op de foto en niet zo gerieflijk, en de wifi kwam niet goed door in de slaapkamer, waardoor we nergens comfortabel televisie konden kijken.

Juste un questionnement... Sur le site, il est question d'un logement de petite superficie, sans salle de bains privative, or celui-ci s'est avéré très grand, avec SDB, cuisine, salon/salle à manger !

Il n y avait pas de chauffage,la maison était froide pour un mois d octobre .nous avons eu froid toute la nuit et pendant le repas et également le lits grince.

Calme et comfort pour un prix imbattable à Oostduinkerke.
Pros:

L’accueil personnalisé de la propriétaire,les explications à l’arrive et la disponibilité pendant le séjour.
Parking gratuit,Hobby room avec billiard et Flipper et grande TV,Cuisine super équipe,chambre spacieuse et calme .Dans le Hobby room,divan confortable,et grande table pour manger ou jouer aux cartes.
Décor agréable partout.
Proximité avec la ville et la plage,la propreté impeccable,.Tout etait impeccable.

aangenaam verblijf in een ruim appartement met netflix/streaming, mooie badkamer met douche, privacy
Pros:

We hadden een slaapkamer + kleine lounge en badkamertje verwacht, maar bij aankomst bleek het een klein appartement te zijn met een hobbykamer (biljart, games, tv met streaming/netflix), keuken, een hele mooie badkamer, mooie slaapkamer... alles heel ruim ! vriendelijke ontvangst ! Prijs/kwaliteit was top !!

Cons:

Tip: mss wat kleinigheden in de keuken voorzien zoals melkkuipjes, citroenkuipjes, theezakjes, suiker.... (gratis)
mits een kleine meerprijs: ontbijt aanbieden / de optie om fietsen te huren voor koppels die meerdere dagen willen blijven
