La ubicación y que era como muy privado, no tanta concurrencia

En la habitación que me asignaron, las cortinas eran blancas y por las mañanas muy temprano ya entrada la luz no se podia descansar muy bien y unicamente tenia una luz que iluminaba todo la habitación por lo que si queria una luz cerca de la cama para leer o algo no era posible

El lugar NO se ve como en las fotos y el personal es muy grosero, solamente el señor del valletparking fue amable con nosotros. En recepción nos atendieron pésimo, queríamos solicitar una factura y nos hicieron mil caras y la encargada se puso a regañar a la recepcionista frente a nosotros, fue incómodo. A pesar de ver que llevábamos muchas cosas cargando no se tomaron la molestia de ayudarnos o simplemente facilitar las cosas (viajabamos con un toddler).
Avisamos en la reservación que llegaríamos a la 1 y no respetaron la petición, debíamos estar listos para ir a un evento y era primordial estar listos y simplemente se portaron indiferentes.
No lo recomiendo, no volvería

Limites de horario para el jacuzzi

La habitación era muy cómoda y nos brindaron apoyo para ingresar antes del check inn
