Petit déjeuner entre 9h et 10h ( un peu tard pour nous).

The worst accommodation experience we had during our holidays in Albania. Our stay was unpleasant from the moment we arrived until the moment we left:
- Hygiene issue: We found very dirty underwear from a previous guest in the bathroom, which gave us a strong feeling of poor hygiene. They did clean it after we complained (though it made us doubt whether the bathroom had been properly cleaned initially), but it was difficult to explain what we found, as they kept asking many questions instead of simply apologizing and moving on.
- Staff attitude: One member of the staff, a young girl who also seems to handle cleaning and cooking, was unfriendly and made faces that made us feel uncomfortable in different situations. This behavior felt out of place for hospitality staff, who are expected to be welcoming and friendly, while the rest of the team were polite and nice.
- Breakfast: Very poor overall. When we asked to change a toast containing avocado and eggs to just eggs, the girl was unfriendly again and made faces, as if we were asking for something impossible.
- One morning, we had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water, even if the problem was resolved the following days.
- Constant smell of fish from the restaurant made it impossible to open the windows, enjoy the terrace, or even hang clothes outside.
- Loud music from a nearby place kept us awake the first night until 1:30 a.m. (probably an exceptional night).
- Misleading description: The accommodation description does not match reality, the views are not of the sea, but of an old maintenance port and a gas station.
- The hotel seems to be managed by the same family that runs the restaurant downstairs, and it feels like they are not prepared to handle both services simultaneously.
- Positive points: Easy parking and a location away from the noise of Sarandë center but you should walk like 20 min to arrive there.

Overall, staying here was a mistake and made our time in Sarandë unpleasant.

La vue n'est pas aussi belle qu'elle n'y paraît sur les photos, le petit déjeuné commence à 8h hors jusqu'à 9h personne n'est là en cuisine, il faut attendre qu'ils se réveillent pour avoir le petit déjeuné.... dommage pour ce genre d'établissement.
Tous les 2 jours la chambre est censée être nettoyé, nous l'avons eu propre au bout du 3ème jours... un peu léger pour le prix de la chambre, on a l'impression que les jeunes ne sont pas là pour bosser...

Limpieza bastante mejorable. Y que faltaba la puerta de la zona de acceso a las habitaciones y entraban gatos por la noche. Tampoco había mampara ni cortina de ducha (una cosa rarísima). Todo el baño inundado cada vez que te duchas
