An excellent onsen experience.
Pros:

The APA hotel chain truly impressed me—an excellent hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. The room was extremely clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom, both of excellent quality. The amenities were also excellent; there was even a yukata (kimono).

The hotel was very close to the train station and easily accessible on foot. There was also a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, which was very convenient.

To my surprise, the APA hotel in Kyoto had a wonderful onsen, which I enjoyed very much. Having an onsen in the hotel made my stay even more special and truly unforgettable. Please note, however, that tattoos are not allowed.

The staff were extremely attentive and polite; I have never been so well treated in a hotel, with such warmth and courtesy. Congratulations to the staff—you are amazing.

I was very impressed by the level of excellence in Japan. You made my stay in Kyoto incredible. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

It was a great location. The hotel was nice. The onsen was enjoyable.

Cons:

The check-in process was meant to efficient but it isn’t. And the rooms were nice but very small. One person had to crawl over the other as the bed was up against the wall.

Pros:

従業員の対応がよかった。分からないところを分かりやすく笑顔で教えてくれたのがとても良かったです。
特に、誤作動で機械がなってしまったとき、申し訳ございませんと謝罪してくれたのが良い対応でした。
申し訳なさが伝わりました。

Cons:

シングルルームで1人部屋でもあるが、ベットが大きすぎて正直狭かったです。
後、外の声が丸聞こえのように聞こえたのでうるさかったです。
