Amazing place.
Pros:

Ik heb eigenlijk niks aan te merken op ons verblijf. Het is een heerlijke en rustige plek met aardig personeel. Als je naar buiten stapt ben je meteen in hartje Kuta.

Cons:

Niet zoveel. De wifi verbinding was niet zo goed maar dat kan ook door de storm komen. Daarbij moeten we maar leren om zonder internet te leven.

The hotel has a lot of potential—the location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and the interior garden is beautiful and well-maintained. The entrance creates a lovely atmosphere right away.

Cons:

However, once you enter the rooms, the quality drops significantly. The furniture is outdated, there were stains on the sheets, and dust everywhere. The shower was crusted with limescale, and the bathroom lacked basic details like hand towels or a floor mat.

Additionally, although breakfast was included in our stay, we had to leave early, and no one offered or thought to provide a breakfast basket for the road. There is a serious lack of attention to detail and cleanliness.

Cons:

Frühstück: beginnt eigentlich um 7:30, aber das Essen kommt eher erst um 8:00. Wenn man um 9:00 kommt gibt es kein Brot mehr.
Zimmer: die Badezimmer müssen dringend renoviert bzw. stark geputzt werden, kein Wasserkocher
Pool: sehr schöner Garten und Pool, aber am zweiten Tag war das Wasser trüb

Limpeza do quarto boa. Espaço exterior do hotel agradável. Armários no quarto, frigorífico e ar condicionado são coisas que nem sempre se encontra na Indonésia e é uma mais valia.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço podia ser melhor. Piscina parece um pouco suja, a água não está de todo cristalina.

Prima verblijf op centrale locatie!
Pros:

Dit hotel ligt mega centraal in Kuta (om de hoek van de main street). Vooral de kamers bij het zwembad zijn heel groot en comfortabel. Het ontbijt is prima. Het personeel is fantastisch en ontzettend behulpzaam!

Cons:

Het enige wat wij jammer vonden was dat het restaurant niet open was voor lunch of diner toen wij er waren. Maar misschien lag dat aan het laagseizoen.

Prima hotel, zeer centraal gelegen in Kuta. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en het zwembad was top. Sommige kamers zijn wat gedateerd maar alles is erg schoon.

Prima resort voor deze prijs!
Pros:

Het resort is prachtig, mooie tuinen en ook het zwembad is top. De standaard kamers zijn prima en de villa’s bij het zwembad zijn top! Het personeel is ook ontzettend vriendelijk. De locatie is heel centraal en je loopt zo naar de main street van Kuta.

Cons:

Het enige wat wij jammer vonden was dat het restaurant geen lunch of diner serveert. Kan aan het laagseizoen liggen. Maar rondom het hotel zijn veel restaurantjes waar je prima kunt eten.

Likte Ikke en slik mottakelse!

Vi sjekket ut samme dag etter et uhell med min venn. Utsjekk 14.30. ber om at booking.com refunderer hele utlegget for oppholdet.

Min venn satt seg på en stol, prøvde å lene seg tilbake på stole, ryggen brakk !!! De ansatte lo og sa at stolen var ny. Min venn måtte til legesjekk!! Vi fikk beskjed om at booking.com skulle refundere hele beløpet for perioden. Vi reiste derifra.
