Lovely location
Cold bathroom
Friendly staff in what looks like a recently renovated hotel. Decor was neat and tidy. Good menu for Friday dinner and the cooked to order choices at breakfast were all good with the full Scottish just perfect.
The bedroom was a little snug but we opted for the basic and chose not to upgrade so no issues.
Lovely hotel nice breakfast room and bar area. Surrounding local area was lovely too. Great selection of breakfast.

I didnt personally enjoy breakfast but thats my taste. Tables were not set up on Saturday morning so we had to ask for cutlery and condiments but staff were very nice and helpful
We stayed in room 7 twin Room but I found it quite cold. However given there was a storm over the wkend understandable!
There was a slight issue with my payment but staff have very kindly amended this and refunded me. Over all great team!

All was perfect
The Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to cater for me and my family. The rooms were a very good size, clean and well maintained.
Free electric car charging would definitely help guests but this is not yet common in most hotels.
Comfortable bed
No mirror when drying your hair, put make up on. Dim bathroom lights and limited space in the bathroom. The pictures on Booking do not represent the true bedrooms.
Asked if we could upgrade to a better room and were told no there wasn't any, yet on checking booking.com there was.

Very well kept and managed hotel. Spotlessly clean. Nice British breakfast with perfectly done poached eggs. As for the decor, it was great to see that the designer appreciates black and white photographs of the village. Nice and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Friendly receptionist. Adequate parking facilities.
Lift is more than unusual- you have to keep pressing the button until left is there. Likewise it needs pressing the entire time of the journey.
