Poor Room Service Breakfast
Pros:

Dean on Reception was helpful.

Cons:

Room service breakfast. No butter or preserves for toast. Coffee cup was dirty and stained inside. Receptionist on checkout 19 March was told but didn't offer any compensation.

Very good value, friendly and professional staff and a really good location not to far from Glasgow
Pros:

We didn’t book breakfast but the waitress fitted us in at very short notice.The staff wd encountered were really friendly and professional. The price for the room was really good value.

Cons:

Only gripe was the bed which for me was uncomfortable but I do have a bit of a bad back and the room we were given was adjoined by a locked door to another room which was possibly a family room.

We will stay here again. Great, budget friendly option.
Pros:

Restaurant offered a good menu at reasonable prices. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy both inside and outside. Parking included.

As the box below is too small I would like to say that all staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food in the restaurant was first class. The gentleman at the front desk was first class.There was a small problem with our room on the first night. As soon as I mentioned it too him he arranged a room change right away. Throughout our stay he was helpful and was always cheery and pleasant. Excellent service
