Loved the apartment and our host was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Proximity to the shops, metro and ferry makes it an ideal location.

Cons:

Would benefit from a small safe to keep your small personal belongings. There were a few kitchen condiments but could do with some sugar, oil, etc just basic extras , although we know its self catering but it helps If your staying for a week or less.

Het was al met al allemaal prima!

Cons:

Voor wat je krijgt is er eigenlijk niet veel op aan te merken.

inside the room all was good modern nice decorated,looks designe and new.and its near the centre restaurants cafes,

what l dont like and dont recomande its should be writen in booking that the room number 2 its looking at back side of building,u feel in cave unfortunatly,they show clealy inside room but no informations about wich etage and in front or back side of building, u have 0 view and looking at the wall of other building its very pity, should be more clearly explained.just because of this l give 8 point other ways l would give 10 absolutly,

Pros:

My sister and I stayed almost a week in Mr. Alper's apartment. Everything was beautiful. The place is more beautiful than in the photos . It felt like our home . It's in the center of beautiful Kadıköy. Connected to metro, tram line , ferry . Tourists can take the ferry line to arrive directly to the Golden Horn. The building is new. Everything is super clean. It's very cozy and quiet. The apartments are in the most beautiful zone of Istanbul which is Moda. Intellectuals and middle upper class lives. It's ideal for business people , families and tourists. Supermarkets , bakeries are all within 100 m distance. If you are looking for booking a home in Istanbul then this is the right place.
