Розташування однозначно супер. Плюсом є класні блекаут штори - прям реально можна виспатися

Cons:

Є декілька моментів, які трохи зіпсували враження:
- при бронюванні на букінгу ніхто не зв'язався, щоб повідомити, що паркінг треба теж бронювати завчасно. В результаті відправили нас до сусіднього будинку, де сусіди тупо поставили ворота і беруть по 350 грн за добу за те, що заїхали до них;
- витяжка в ванній працює прям дуже поганенько
- сніданок смачний, але вибір
маленький + самі столики розраховані більше чисто на каву ніж на великі тарілки
- є питання по прибиранню ванної, було чиєсь довге волосся в душі
