Cons:

Вранці на сніданку в яєшні знайшла довге волосся. Передала тарілку офіціанту.
Жодної реакції від кухні, самого закладу чи вибачення не було.
Схоже, це в порядку норми для них.

Зупиняємось не вперше. Ціна /якість

Cons:

Вперше знайшли уламок скла під столиком, що говорить про неякісне прибирання від попередніх сусідів. На стіні в номері 319 біля великого ліжка сліди від рук - долоней. Видно когось впирали туди і придавались утіхам. Приберіть або перекрасьте бо це неприємно. І говорю не вперше про систему вентиляції: вона не працює. Тобто ви хочете включити на 19 градусів, а система працює лише на обігрів, ні вентиляція ні охолодження.., а лише на обігрів. Дуже пересушене повітря, зробіть щось.

Загальні враження чудові, хотілось лишитись ще на одну ніч
Pros:

Розкішний готель, хороший номер, в котрому надали все. Зручне ліжко, спалось чудово. Круто, що в номері індивідуальний клімат контроль

Cons:

Не розібралась як користуватись кулером біля ліфтів і отримати гарячу воду( Була без чаю о 23 годині ночі 😅 Але то таке
