Niestety, nic.

Cons:

Niestety, ale odwołali mi moją rezerwację za pół godziny do przyjazdu. Zero kontaktu ani w ten sam dzień, ani wcześniej - żeby chociaż zapytać o której czekać na gościa. Zero zaangażowania wobec klienta. Przyjechałam za pół godziny do północy (niestety, na granice długo trzymali), przyjechałam pod hotel, żeby zapytać czy jest jakaś szansa znaleźć pokój i nie spać w aucie - to po prostu pocałowałam zamknięte drzwi. Na szczęście szybko znalazłam inny hotel, ale ten absolutnie nie polecam!
