Good facilities and very clean. Good
Pros:

Small but Perfect facility

Cons:

First time address is very difficult to find. I don’t know anything about staff. I did not seen any one while I stayed there.

ゆっくり休めた。
Pros:

とにかく綺麗な点。土足エリアがよくわからなかったが、スリッパがあったのでそれはよかった。ベットも大きく、コンセントが枕元にあり、間接照明だったので睡眠の質は良かったように感じる。奥の畳の小部屋も個人的にはかなりお気に入り。コンビニもすぐ隣の通りで、24時間営業のスーパーに近く、静かなので立地はとてもいい。駅まで男の足で10分ほど？なのでこれも悪くない。

Cons:

ウォシュレットが使えなかった。リモコン側は作動しているように思えるので本体の問題と予想。使う人間なので、そこはちょっと不便だった。換気扇の埃の溜まり具合も少々気になった。階段が狭めなのでスーツケースの運搬は慎重に。これは建物側の問題なので仕方ないが。

巷口就有7-11跟24小時的超市很方便，離車站也不遠。廚房用具還算齊全，能滿足基本煮食，超市的海鮮跟日本牛肉隨便料理就超美味。

Well decorated, spacious, great location to two seperate train stations, very quiet area.

Cons:

The hot water didn’t work properly in our shower so 1 of us was able to have a hot shower easily and then the next person it was either ice cold or took 10 minutes to heat up.
Noise from other floors travels easily- it sounded like a frat house above us on our first night and we could clearly hear their conversations as well ad every little bang.
Whilst the stairs are steep, a bit of common sense will help you navigate them fine.

The bedrooms were spacious and the interior was very stylish. Clean, easy to find and close to Ueno Station
