Will come back and book again!
Pros:

We booked this last minute as our flight changed and weren’t we pleasantly surprised. It was huge with two bedrooms. We absolutely loved this space and will book again next time we’re in ueno

Cons:

There are a lot of steep stairs though - there’s stairs to get to the room then within the room there’s stairs to the two bedrooms.

駅から5分程度でよかった。

1)テレビが観れなかった。
2)シャワーのお湯が5分程で水道水温度(20度程)と同じになる

Pros:

Great location and size for Tokyo.

Cons:

Bathroom shower area tiles were quite mouldy, to the point I needed to clean the worst of it before we used it.

No washing detergent for the washing machine, but 7 11 was close by, so easy to find some and it is cheap.

Bed in the first upstairs bedroom sags to the middle. I had already read this is other reviews, so knew this may be the case so was not a surprise.

Great stay, lots of room
Pros:

Surprisingly large space. Comfortable bed, hard a small kitchen area that provides what you need. The shower and toilet are in 2 separate rooms which would be nice for 2 person stays. Didn't really affect me as a solo traveller.
The location is near Ueno station, a major transit hub. And also close to a more minor transit station.
Large TV was nice for lazy late nights.

Check in and out was super simple.

Cons:

I was on the ground floor so I didn't need to use the stairs. But they seemed rather tight to bring a suitcase up.
