The stay was excellent. Cleanliness is top notch. Rooms are really good. The location is neat. The staff are friendly. Overall a 10/10 experience.

The hotel has a very good location. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay.
Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. There is hot water — you just need to wait a little for it to run through. We appreciated the towels and the variety of bathroom amenities provided: not only soap and shampoo, but also shower gel, body lotion, a comb, and toilet paper.
The room included drinking water and glasses, and the next day we were kindly given an additional bottle. There was also a drinking water dispenser on the floor.
The hotel had no problem issuing a temporary C-form for foreign guests, which was very convenient.
Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel with genuinely kind people. We wish you prosperity and good health

Unclean and no basic provisions

Ambience was very shady. No handwash in washroom, rooms were very unclean, bedsheets and walls were full of stains. They didnt even provide water and soap. Staff was asleep when we reached, had no idea about things to provide. Horrible experience.

Good but room is dirty
Pros:

The one man on the reception saved the situation. In case he won't be helpful and friendly, I would rate the hotel lower because of the dirty room. The hotel is okay for such a price. But why does the room look like after an earthquake?

Pros:

It's a dirty place. Room, bathroom, towels, sheets everything is dirty. Had a very disappointed stay. Please dont fool people. I hated the entire place.
