Good food, staff very professional and helpful.
The room were not in proper condition- we couldn’t sleep the entire night because the room was filled with mosquitoes. The shower was also leaking and the water pressure was also not satisfactory.

The house keeping and room services were very good. Location
The reception staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no first aid facilities for senior citizens. we both fell sick and the hotel was not helpful.
The bath cubicle should have hand rail for safety of senior citizens.
Most staff are intrusive and keep asking guests questions on issues not related to the stay.

They gave us an upgrade, room was large, bed was really comfortable, bathtub nice and new, water was hot, and heating finctional
The manager of "breakfast service" was wearing a black suit that was so visibly dirty and literally falling apart that it totally ruined whole breakfast experience, although other breakfast service personnel looked rather clean.
White slippers provided by the hotel got instantly dirty, secret behind it: instead of daily mopping or vacuuming room floor, they use furniture duster that they drag around by hand to collect the dust on the floor...))
