Cons:

Very unprofessional. They have cancelled my booking ,even though I was in touch with them whole time,and informed them that I will come late.but they alloted my room to someone else.and I have to go and look for another hotel

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

There were no toiletries, towels, or tissues provided.
There was no running water in the bathroom for almost an hour after check-in.
There were no basic amenities like coffee, sugar, or even drinking water.
We had booked a proper queen bed for two people, but instead, there were two single beds pushed together, which made the night very uncomfortable. The blanket provided was only big enough for one person.
Cleanliness was also a major issue—there was visible dust everywhere.

We just returned from our honeymoon and can’t wait to share our impressions of this wonderful hotel.
From the very beginning, we were surrounded by care and attention, which created a warm and cozy atmosphere.
Check-in was fast, even though we arrived earlier than expected.
Our room was very cozy, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city.
The room’s decor was tastefully designed—soft tones, pleasant lighting, and everything invited relaxation.
As a welcome gift from the hotel, we received a fruit platter and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch.
The furniture and textiles in the room were brand new, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
We’d like to highlight the excellent cleaning service—the room was always spotless.
The bathroom was equipped with everything we needed: soft bathrobes, slippers, and high-quality toiletries.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to assist with any requests.
The room had a coffee machine with a great selection of coffee, making every morning a delight.
The hotel’s location is one of its main advantages: right in the city center, with everything within walking distance.
We enjoyed strolling through the historic streets near the hotel.
Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet, and we had a great night’s sleep.
Although the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, breakfast was delivered directly to our room—always delicious and on time.
The breakfast menu was varied, and we especially loved the fresh pastries and fruit juices.
The building’s interior, where the hotel is located, looks modern and stylish.
The lobby is small but cozy, with comfortable chairs and pleasant music playing in the background.

Cons:

The elevator in the hotel left a negative impression.
It is very small, and no more than two people with luggage can fit inside.
Sometimes we had to wait a long time for the elevator, especially during check-in and check-out hours.
A couple of times, it stopped working altogether, which was extremely inconvenient, especially for guests with luggage.
Having only one elevator for the entire building is clearly insufficient for a comfortable stay.

Additionally, the hotel has too few rooms, which creates a sense of overcrowding.
The common areas were often full, and it was difficult to find a quiet spot to relax.
Because of the limited number of rooms, some services were either unavailable or significantly delayed.
For instance, breakfast delivery took much longer than promised.
These issues made our overall experience at the hotel less enjoyable than we had hoped.
