Pros:

Раннее заселение но есть депозит 500. Рядом Дисней и бесплатно довезли. В номере было очень холодно но на второй день стало теплее что обрадовало нас. На завтраки не ходили. Можно отель рекомендовать для короткого проживания.

Not value for money, services and quality have declined tremendously

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. As a loyal guest who has been staying here for the past four years, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service and amenities, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.

During my recent visit, I was provided with incorrect information regarding gym and swimming pool timings, which caused considerable inconvenience. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue. I encountered an unhelpful attitude from staff members, who seemed uninterested in assisting with even the most basic requests. Given my long history with your hotel, this is particularly disheartening.

Additionally, several basic services were lacking, including the absence of room service and essential toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. The room telephone was also malfunctioning, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk. These are all issues that I would not expect from a hotel of your caliber, especially given its previous reputation as a five-star establishment.

This experience has left me very disappointed, and I regret to say that I can no longer recommend your hotel to others. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and address the decline in service to restore the quality that once made your hotel a preferred choice.

Attention Nice hotel with spacious rooms and helpful staff but need airport transportation.
Pros:

Room was awesome.

Cons:

The hotel advertised that there is free airport shuttle available but it was not which is very misleading public information for customers.

Taking taxi from airport to hotel at night time made high charges and demanded tips

Красивая гостиница с хорошими завтраками, нам бесплатно поменяли номер выше классом, чтобы у сына была отдельная кровать)

Cons:

У нас то ломаная ванная, то кондиционер не работал, что было ужасно просто( который чинили 3 дня. Мы жили в номере Эльзы и на окне была изморозь, но выглядело, как будто кого то стошнило сверху, без неё было бы куда красивее и хотелось бы открывать окно, а не смотреть на это(

На ресепшене только администратор говорит на английском, про русский только через переводчик
