Pros:

Veldig bra beliggenhet med kort vei til hovedgaten hvor det er flust av restauranter, og en veldig fin matbutikk rett over veien.

Fint bassengområde, likte cafeen ved inngangen.

Cons:

Dårlig renhold. Det var møkkete på gulvene da vi kom. Bestikk og tallerken var ikke vasket ordentlig.

Excellent stay, absolutely superb
Pros:

We could not fault anything about the property .. it was in a perfect location .. across the road from Coop & Euro spin & 10-15 min walk to the town centre & 10-15 minute drive to glorious beaches. The staff were very friendly, the pool & area was amazing, the apartment was very clean & well equipped . We would 100% recommend & stay again

Swimmingpool war toll, die Appartements sind großzügig auch wenn leider der Blick auf das supermarktgelände nicht der schönste ist aber ist trotzdem sehr praktisch und aber auch vorteilhaft

Treppenhaus und allgemein Räume könnten sauberer sein .
Die Residence ist sehr hellhörig.

posizione ottima vicinissima al centro di villasimius , a 5 minuti a piedi , le spiagge a 10 minuti di macchina , posti auto molto grandi , cucina e camere ampie e ben fornite, coop e eurospin a 50 mt dal residence , piscina e ombrelloni a uso comune ottimi e possibilità di utilizzo barbacue.

Super residence!!!
Pros:

Mi e piaciuto tutto. L’appartamento era comodo, spazioso e ben arredato. La piscina del residence era molto bella e ben tenuta. Ottimo servizio bar a colazione e ristorante a bordo piscina (a prenotazione). Parcheggio gratuito in residenze. E supermercato grande di fronte residenze. Lo staff super accogliente. La posizione ottima. Non mancava nulla

Very good, would definitely come back

The place was a great size and the facilities were good. Location is fantastic, with a shop next door and a very short walk into the town.

The wifi was very weak in the room. It would have been nice for the bar to have longer opening hours.
