No complaints. Comfortable. Clean and friendly
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

I had dinner in the bar which was delicious.

I used the gym, pool, sauna and steam room. All was clean and up to date.

Cons:

The black and white pudding at breakfast was dry.

There was a bridge club and community AGM on in the hotel when I returned from an appointment. Traffic was busy and a parking space hard to find. I waited a few hours and moved my car to a more convenient spot after the events were over.

Disappointed that had to change rooms due to sockets not working.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness. Response to issues were satisfactory

Cons:

Initially tv didn’t work however after few hours I realised sockets were not working.

We just needed a bed for the night. It was clean and comfortable. It was good value. We didn't have.

The hotel was pleasant. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.
The bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy.

Comfortable hotel just outside Galway City.
Pros:

Breakfast great. Pool Steam Room Sauna excellent.

Cons:

Bit of a mix up with booking at reception which was resolved. I was traveling with my young daughter.

Beautiful place close to Galway clinic lots of places to eat nearby . The leisure centre was lovely and the breakfast 🥞 was beautiful

Cons:

Food was nice and good value BUT I got cheese board for dessert and There was mould on my cheese , I reported it but according to the chef it was normal as the cheese was mature . I don’t agree - I don’t go into a shop and buy mould on cheese. It clearly had been left out and no offer of a refund.

We arrived Friday afternoon and there was workman right across from our room working and renovating the bedrooms beside us . Saturday morning it started again at 8:45am. I think it was ridiculous with no warning or apologies from the hotel for this constant interference. There was bad smells from the work they were doing . It was a major hindrance and therefore we were charged too much if we were to put up with that . Listening to saws etc all Friday afternoon and Saturday was not how I wanted to spend my weekend . By no means relaxing .

Comfy and spacious. Stayed an extra night.
Pros:

My toddler loved the pool. I had the greatest carmal tiramisu ive ever eaten in the restaurant. Room was spacious with a fridge. Breakfast staff and bar staff were lovely.

Cons:

There was an old hairbrush in the room on arrival. Not a big deal but made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room.
