Pros:

Love the location and the leisure center. Also the bar and food is good.

Cons:

The car park is dark and not in great shape. Also it is sometimes hard to find a parking space.

The place oozes character and the staff were great
Pros:

Restaurant, food and breakfast were great. Live music in the bar Saturday night was a nice touch, and the pianist catered for most tatses

Cons:

Busy car park, but everyone got parked in the end.

Hotel full of character. Lovely staff. Dinner was very good. Fab jacuzzi in leisure centre
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Could have more continual style choices ie. Cola meats cheese

Cons:

I found the mattress too hard. This is a personal choice

The location was perfect for our trip as what we were doing was in the area
Pros:

The breakfast was beautiful and ordering is a good idea.
The swimming pool was good after a long day.
The bar restaurant and food was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Would have loved your Spa to have been working I was told by a local used it has been out for awhile.
I didn't sleep well as the double bed was not comfortable and I was lucky we had a family room and had a spare bed.
When we got there late afternoon the room wasn't ready and we were told we would get a call when it was but nobody called.

Pros:

I loved the area it was in and it was nice and secluded

Cons:

It's not that I didn't like anything but I think that more of the wee milk should be put in the fridge, if anyone like myself takes a lot of milk. I would need about 20 of them for my coffee. But the receptionist was very helpful and told me to go to the bar and ask for more milk
