Good but expensive ( with the addition fees)
Pros:

Convenient to freeway , safe neighborhood and location , restaurant near by, breakfast was good ( hot breakfast), clean room

Cons:

Hotel charges $150 PLUS tax for pet fee( the highest I ever paid for pet fee), a $15 a day parking fee! .. there’s plenty of parking ( it’s not New York City )

Stay was wonderful, very conveniently located, great staff and breakfast!
Pros:

Breakfast was consistently good, every day. Easy access to freeway. Room was terrific. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Was surprised there was a parking fee considering it was your lot and not a community parking space.

It was Great.
Pros:

Clean, good breakfast. Great location for what I needed.

Cons:

Customer service. Another customer next to me was a loyalty member and was treated great.
My sister booked this reservation for me and I forgot to tell her I was a loyalty member and I was given little to no information about the facility’s and no mention of the breakfast.

Pros:

The location is great. The staff were all very nice and the room is very nice. The lighting in the bathroom is not good and it was difficult getting ready in the morning.

Lighting in the room in general, definity in the bathroom

Everything was amazing besides the bathtub.
Pros:

The property was amazing‼️

Cons:

The bathtub wasn’t clean it still had hair in it from whoever stayed there before me so I had to clean it out myself 😩 It was also missing the coffee cup to make coffee but other than that everything else was great☺️

I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. They had a variety to choose from. So, there was something for everyone. The waffles were the best. Real maple syrup would have been better than the fake stuff. ( I’m from New England)
The hotel was convenient to my son’s house. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

A room farther away from the elevator. People are noisy when waiting for elevator. Not your fault though.
