Anthony provided excellent service. He was very polite and answered all my questions regarding my hotel stay.

Great, would stay again
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable, was raining but the pool looked nice. Breakfast was great. Conveniently located!

Cons:

Had a bit of an ant problem in the bathroom and they ended up all in my car. The ac wasn’t turning off or we couldn’t adjust the temperature, cleaning staff opened the door to a broken elevator and let us get on from the 1st to the 4th floor.
The elevator door wouldn’t open on the 4th floor.

It was an OK stay.
Pros:

The room was fine, location was fine, the breakfast was decent. The room was a King with a sofa bed, which was a little misleading because it was a daybed situation. Someone could sleep on the couch cushions, and someone could sleep on a twin pullout from underneath the couch. It worked, but glad we only had to do it for one night.

Cons:

The pool was dirty. And not like a little dirty - we ended up only letting the kids put their feet in. It was pretty gross.

Pros:

Clean friendly staff food in the same parking lot and they have breakfast

Cons:

Kinda short staff in the evenings had to wait about 10 minutes to check in because the staff had to step away from the desk but not their fault i understand

Overall, happy with the staff as I said before they were very helpful. However, everything else I would not stay at this

Convenient location. Staff was very courteous, kind and very helpful.

Cons:

Regarding the room, a little smaller than expected. First room had holes in the carpet. And ants all over the walls. Had issues when moving to another room. Ended up having to move a total of three times because something was wrong with each room.

Pros:

The breakfast had some great choices. Location of the property was perfect because of close family in Poway and Scripps Ranch. The room was clean except for the note I will make in the next question. Bed was comfortable and when I needed anything staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

The shower enclosure has a lot of rust around the bottom of it. To us this was not acceptable. This was very disappointing. Because of that I may not choose this hotel for my next visit.

It was ok I would book it again if I had to.

The staff was great

Cons:

You can tell it was another hotel that needs a lot of work. When you turn the water off, you can hear the water still draining in the pipes. The fan to the bathroom sound like a motor when you turn it on.
