Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Initially when we entered in premises, staff was seating and talking to each other, and when we asked them that we have booking and show us room they just shown and and asked us to wait while, after some 15 mins they shown room, which was dirtiest... and soo on...

Itna paisa kharcha karke hotel kholte ho.. thoda dangka staff to rakho, bahut bahut hotels hai Delhi me, sab ke sath rehna hai to service aur hotel ki condition thik karo...

Very bad experience
Pros:

The location was good, the air conditioning was good.

Cons:

The room was dirty, the linens were terribly dirty with different type of stains, the washroom was not cleaned properly, the commode had stains, there was class partition between the toilet and room with frosted plastic on it which was torn at places. For toiletries only only 2pcs of hand wash soaps were provided, no towels were available. There was no functional regulator for the ceiling fan due to which it always ran on full speed.
