My Birthday Vacation Was Amazing Here
Pros:

It was a very amazing experiance for the price. It was great for being located on the beach. They have pretty much all you need on the premises and gift store. Elevator lines at check in was long but it moved quickly met alot of people on the elevator we were on the 24th floor. Phones didnt work, had to get maintenance for the microwaves, weight scale in the bathroom had no batteries. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing, valet was amazing, the restuarant was amazing. Overall ive found a vacation place. We drove this time next time ill be flying in had to pay valet fee (the service was wonderful clean and i felt like my car was safe, quick service great valet team) from Thursday to Sunday paid resort fees paid a deposit plus hotel cleaning fee for the room besides paying for the room.

Pros:

We are clients of Expedia for many years, never having any problems before this time! We lost four full days of our 11-days vacation due to the invasion of the german cocroaches, the insects we have never seen even in the cheap hotels, leave alone the resort to which we have paid almost $10,000.00 for the 11 days stay!
We require the immediate refund for these four days!!!

Overall the experience was ok
Pros:

Overall the experience was ok. The communication was terrible. We needed a trash bin and some towels and did not receive any response. But the property has everything you need. Nice pool, nice restaurant, and gym, but the communication when something was needed was just terrible.

Don’t rent the Luxury Condo/Owner is terrible.
Pros:

We booked a Luxury Condo, day before we were leaving we received a cancellation notice by email and a charge to our bank account for a cancellation fee (we didn’t cancel it) we called the number and spoke to I assume the Owner of the Condo, they cancelled it because they said the card was not valid and rebooked to someone else (all within 5 mins) so how did they charge a cancellation fee if the card was not valid?? The Condo was approx $8,900. They offered us a smaller Condo for $5,000 that did not fit my family of 5. I went back onto Hotels.com when I got home, 4-5 hours later that evening looking for another Condo before I cancelled our flights, the Luxury Condo was back on the website so I rebooked it thinking it must be available again. Just to make sure-I called Hotels.com and the woman I spoke to said the 2nd booking was confirmed and the Condo is back on their website, my reservation was confirmed. I only received a confirmation, I did not receive a cancellation for the 2nd booking. We flew in the next morning-Condo was not available-we had nowhere to stay. Front desk called who I assume to be the Owner who talked over me the entire time, acted like he was doing me a favor offering me a cheaper Condo that was less than the first one. We ended up renting the last 2 rooms at The Hilton for $15,000. We didn’t need your cheaper Condo-we need 5 beds. If you don’t know how to manage your Condo on Hotels.com, take it off their website, you make Hotels.com look bad.

Pros:

The front door handle was broken. I called twice to have it fixed and they never did. The voicemail to the owners phone was full. Customer service could have been better. The elevator took forever to use. About 30 min the last two days.

Not like the pictures
Pros:

Our apartment was dirty upon arrival. Carpet stains throughout, many wall scuffs, broken bedroom door handle—just not in condition of photos. Elevators are insufficient for number of units. We were trapped on the elevator for 15 minutes as a result.
