La surface de l'appartement, le confort des lits. Un lave linge et un sèche linge.

Cons:

Fuite à la cabine de douche qui inonde toute la pièce, réparée très sommairement. La fuite est réduite mais existe toujours.
Distributeur de gel douche dans la cabine vide.

Great Stay, Great location.
Pros:

The apartments themselves were great, spacious and clean, the 2 pools were lots of fun for the kids.

Cons:

There was no check in office or extra conveniences on site, we had to drive off site to a sister hotel to check in, collect keys, or if we wanted any extra towels etc. We also advised of our arrival time but still had to wait approx 3 hrs for our room to be ready. However staff were very apologetic and offered us a complimentary bottle of wine.

Pros:

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

We were promised a fruit basket and wine that would be in our room but unfortunately there was none. Upon checking with the staff we were informed that there was no fruit basket and that they would give us a bottle of wine. The apartments need to be inspected before guests arrive. There was a dead bird decomposing on the balcony. The toilet brush was broken. Some of the cooking utensils were broken. More kitchen towels and place mats.vx

Hounded to attend seminar but Nice facilities, spacious room

3 bedroom apartment was rather large with nice and clean facilities

Cons:

One of the bedrooms at night was so bright from the lights from outside the room you could not sleep in it. Constantly hounded by Sebel staff to join in a half hour presentation. Was there for holiday not to attend seminar

Pros:

Szépen gondozott parkban helyezkedik el az apartman. Jó elrendezésű szálláshely 4 felnőtt részére. Modern, újszerű bútorozás, jó konyhai felszerelések. Kellemes, nagy erkély, jó kilátással. Autó parkolás jól megoldott.

Cons:

A lift használata kellemetlen volt a benne árradó furcsa, égett bakelitre emlékezettő szag miatt.

The apartment exceeded my expectations! It was clean, modern, and newly renovated. For the price, it was excellent value. While the pool in the photos appears slightly enhanced, it was still beautiful and enjoyable to swim in. The location was also fantastic—close to everything I needed. I’d also like to mention that Lau provided amazing customer service over the phone and through messaging—friendly, efficient, and very helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

Just be aware that there are permanent residents staying at this property, so it’s not entirely a “resort/apartment” experience. There is also a public thoroughfare leading to the pool area, which means you may not have full privacy when using the balcony. Additionally, the staff were less than exceptional during check-in, and I experienced an issue with how a financial promotion was handled.
