Wonderful stay; perfect central location; lovely staff; excellent facilities; immaculately clean modern rooms.
Pros:

Perfect staff, good onsen on 1F, effective housekeepers, immaculately clean rooms, views from high floors, very near Fuk Coffee with flan and ice cream, lots of affordable food or chic fun dining nearby (walking distance), safe and clean neighborhood, excellent transportation options near hotel, really good nightlife and malls nearby, truly ideal central location. Lovely front desk team and room cleaners.

Cons:

Nothing bad about this hotel. The photos I saw on Booking dot Com made this “apartment” look and appear and seem to be much bigger than it is: I am 188 cm tall (6 feet 2 inches tall) and grew up in an environment (USA) with huge hotel rooms and giant homes compared to those in Japan (I have lived in Japan for 1 year and visit every year because I love being a tourist in Japan) and so I am now renting entire apartments or houses instead of hotel rooms because of almost claustrophobic tiny hotels in Japan. Booking dot Com can help you rent an entire condo or houses for almost the same price or cheaper than a central location hotel in Japan.

Pros:

丁度博多どんたくの期間に滞在した。立地はベストで、シティーホテルとして満足でした。天候があまり良くなかったので、中州の屋台には行かずじまいでしたが、とても近いです。

部屋: 綺麗、洗濯機等も取り付けられているので便利です。

Cons:

部屋のランクによって変わる可能性はあるが、ベッドの前ではなく横にテレビが設置されている状態に違和感を感じた。しかし、なれたら不便に感じることはありませんでした。

Pros:

設備很新，環境整潔，有大浴場可以泡，地點很好，值得推驗！

Cons:

櫃檯人員一開始沒確認好，錯認了同行人的性別（而且明明有出示護照留存資料了），給了錯誤性別的浴場卡片，提醒後才道歉並更換卡片。
