we we're given a different room as what the host said it's an upgrade, for some reason the one we have booked on line was not available at the day we arrived, we we're only told this a night before we arrived.. So we're at the new place. The apartment was nice but could have been nicer if we were given the same apartment or studio we have booked online, we could have demanded a hairdryer. To my surprise as well the building we were at for 2 weeks ,we we're told by the conceirge that we would have to pay for the gym and swimming per person per day for short-term lease guests. Unlike any other rental condominiums that we have been, there's always free access to other amenities. Didn't mind paying, but since we are guests and paid for the place, it should have been free. It should have been said online upon booking.
Don't get me wrong, the host was nice. We could have been comfortable and happy to stay if we we're told in advance. Also the amount of the deposit we we're required upon booking was a different amount when we arrived.
Overall, the location was great. The apartment was nice but didn't meet our expectations. Few things to be fixed.

Very good
Pros:

The place was clean and the host was very responsive. We were very comfortable at the time of our stay. also the staff at the reception area were very accomodating, friendly and nice. The place was just a few steps away from the shopping mall, restaurants and supermarket which is very convenient. We'll definitely book the same place again in the future.
