We had a very bad experience at this hotel.👎🏻

3/4/2025 We had booked an AC room in this hotel, that too a month in advance. But when we reached the hotel, the staff there said that all the AC rooms are under maintenance. If you want, we can prepare non-AC rooms for you.We said we booked a month ago and you didn't inform us about this repair. Then that very rude staff said we had nothing to do with the booking.com app.

Then why is this hotel listed on Booking.com? It was a very bad experience for us.👎🏻

Because we came there only expecting this hotel. Then we had to walk around looking for another room.

In my opinion, no one should book in this hotel because your time is not worth it.👍🏻

Pros:

I was refused to stay due to so many unhygienic and dirty premises of the property/Hotel. I have visited your property and found very dirty and unhygienic hygienic room, beds, pillow cover etc. Hotel Staff completely refused to make clean or replace the room at another floor. So I can't stayed in this type of location.

We were turned away on arrival 'we don't accept foreigners'. Don't book if a western tourist and don't speak Tamil or Hindu

Cons:

Myself and my colleague were turned away in the middle of the night. The staff on the desk didn't understand our booking.com reference when shown, they didn't speak much English and turned us away saying they didn't accept foreigners.

i was surprised to see this type of accomodation you as a booking .com is promoting on clients behalf.there was no lift,no wifi.bath room was dirty.because i booked tro online they put me on 5th floor-no lift

Nothing I liked, kindly remove this property from the Booking.com list

Cons:

It was not at all a hotel for room bookings. All fake pics has been uploaded. No AC,TV, HOT WATER,LIFT.They don't even provide soap or towel. Shower room were so dirty broken towel hangers. Kindly check the property and upload in the app list.
