朝食を選べるのはよかった。お部屋も広く滞在に必要なものがすべてあった。コンビニが隣接している点も◎

Обратите внимание: Lancaster - это не отель, это многоквартирный дом, в котором разные владельцы сдают свои квартиры. Поэтому ремонты, мебель и удобства могут сильно отличаться.
В наших апартаментах ремонт был довольно свежий, сантехника рабочая, ничего не разболтано. Вода горячая есть.
Расположение очень удачное, близко центр города, торговые центры, пешеходная улица, станция метро, японский квартал.
Есть подземный паркинг. Если вы путешествуете на машине, то заранее укажите, что нужна парковка.

Cons:

Если окна выходят на улицу, то в 5-6 утра уже может быть весьма шумно

Excellent location and functional rooms
Pros:

Functional apartment rooms in very central location with attentive staff. With central part of Le Than Ton Street you can reach relevant business locations easily (e.g. Sonatus Tower).

Cons:

Showers are designed in a way that you hardly can avoid flooding the bathroom - this is a very frequent element of bathrooms in South East Asia though ( :-) )

Pros:

The location was nice and very close to all the major spots of Saigon. Quiet and comfy.

Cons:

Do do some renovation work on the walls and with modern furnitures. The furnishings in the apartments are quite different from one another. Could have consistent modern furnishings in all the apartments including the studio/one bedroom/two bedroom apartments. Also could focus more on the cleanliness of the rooms(found long hair in many places on the floor).

The windows wouldn't shut so there's some noise coming from the street. Communication is very limited.

Value for money with the holiday season . Breakfast is good. Staffs are very helpful and good in their service .
The hotel location is perfect . Is right inside District 1 and place of restaurants, big and small shopping mall are around and is walkable .

Cons:

Inside the furniture and fitting is a little old but with the price cannot complain anymore .

Pros:

L’emplacement est excellent, avec tous les commerces et commodités au pied de l’immeuble. L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et la literie est confortable.
Beaucoup de bons restaurants en face de l’immeuble (quartier Japonais de Saigon)

Cons:

L’appartement est relativement sombre en raison d’une vue directe sur les immeubles environnants (vis-à-vis important). Le mobilier foncé accentue cet aspect. Un rafraîchissement serait à prévoir (moisissures dans la chambre avec Sdb)
