cheater i booked in discounted rate and reach at hotel they asked higher amount

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.. denied our booking and asked to book fresh at the counter at higher price.
Room and bathroom was spacious.
No essential things were in room... Like towel, doormat, tv remote, ac remote. Everything I had to call and ask for. Also, the resturant people were unprofessional. I had to ask for spoon, napkins and ketchup like small things again and again.
Also they asked to pay more than the amount I have booked.

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.
The room and bathroom were spacious and ac worked well.
Poor service. Had to go down to the reception multiple times for water. There were no tissues or plates. Even bathroom didn't have any tissues. Shower was not working.

The hotel refused to acknowledge my booking from Booking.com. And charged me twice of the shown price.
Later, I was charged for another room because one of my friends visited me for 30 minutes.

Terrible stay. The staff there are the biggest frauds. The moment you reach the hotel they will demand an extra 500 rs and if you do not pay, they will cancel your booking. Facilities are horrible. Rooms are dirty, beds were dirty. The room looks like it was last cleaned 1 month before.
I will never recommend this place to anyone.
This place is just good for online cabs.. Within minutes cab arrives with out any hesitation
First of all as mentioned facility of swimming pool on site I would like to say a small ppol is inside hotel but always see it dry.. May be new technology we can swim with out water .. On enquiry of pool the staff replied it has severe leakage and this repairing will take one and half month
