Good Stay but Important Safety and Breakfast Improvements Needed
Pros:

We booked the superior deluxe rooms, which were very large and spacious. The hotel staff were welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The property also features a big yard that’s perfect for a stroll, along with ample parking facilities.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have been more diverse, with a wider selection of fruits and additional food options. The third floor has a balcony overlooking the ground floor, and since it is not covered, it poses a serious safety risk, especially for children. Some of the window locks were also faulty, but the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue.

Manager’s Disturbing 7 AM Calls for Bill Clearance
Cons:

I received calls from your manager, Mr. Dhanjay Jadav, early in the morning at 7 AM regarding pending bills. At the time of checkout, he informed me that everything was clear. However, the next day he realised that something was still pending and started calling me continuously like a bank bill collector early in the morning.

This behaviour was very unprofessional and disturbing. Please ensure your team handles such matters politely and at appropriate times in the future.

The gym facility is not maintained well. Floors are not clean, AC not working and hardly 2-3 equipments.
