Eine Nacht okay.
Pros:

Ich habe schon oft dort übernachtet. Leider ist ein Renovierungsstau vorhanden. Bei mir im Zimmer ein kaputtes Fenster. Der Preis macht einiges wett, aber es ist kein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen mehr.

Kaputtes Fenster, Flecken im Bad und auf dem Teppich.
