Pros:

Staff were polite and good, specially the 2 girls at the reception, they arrange breakfast for us early in the morning around 5AM as we were traveling.

Cons:

1:Room was not ready even when we reach at 4PM.
2: Last minute cleaning the room smell strange.
3: Receiver never worked.
4: they take ages to prepare food.
Overall very disappointing, Treebo is fraud, they just want money, they care nothing

Worst experience !!
Pros:

Food, rooms & location.

Cons:

Service was pathetic. Almost nothing was working. Neither wifi, nor TV , not even their service. You end up following up 10 times to get any shit from them. They just don't listen. Then I realized they are very short on people & as well on material.

Breakfast was sluggish, items went empty & then they don't give a damm abt it.

In Buffett breakfast area only one staff was there. He appeared new and clueless
When asked for some hot poori , he went to get them and later instead of serving to the person who was waiting, put in the common bowl. Other guests ,who weren’t aware of the pre order,took that away. Staff , when asked, wasn’t even aware that he had to prioritise the pre order.

Thought it wasn’t his fault but if the management to have not trained him
