It was a nice stay in general. It would have been perfect.
Pros:

It was close to everything.
Antonio was very helpful to answer our requests.

Cons:

One of the beds was very uncomfortable.
Every morning children were noisy in the nearby playground and every evening, the piazza sant Eulalia is occupied by noisy men.
There was no equipment in the flat to clean the floor.
A parasol to borrow would have been nice.
There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom.

A wonderful stay in the centre of Cagliari
Pros:

Although the apartment is located in the city center, it is really quiet. The apartment in which I stayed had two large windows looking at the (internal) courtyard, which were more than enough for ventilation. The apartment has been probably restored lately, since everything seemed almost new. I should especially thank Antonio for his gentle help in every aspect of my stay.

Comfortable design of the apartment, a bit of a "scandinavian style"- everything is simple and functional.
My flight arrived late in the evening and Antonio sent all the instructions on how to check in on my own, (everything was clear and easy to understand).
Kitchen has all you need for cooking, even coffee machine -a great bonus!

Cons:

A little noisy from the street, but that's Italy)
