Great location needs improvement for the value

The location was great the bed was comfy and clean the breakfast was good

The front staff were not very friendly. The building is run down and the washrooms need renovations

Breakfast buffet and its a prime location near to safeway in Calgary downtown

Cons:

If you stay for couple of days then the housekeeping is delayed. They give preference only to the daily check out rooms. You have to keep asking the front desk for the house keeping request.

Pros:

Besides being in the city centre it was very quiet.
Staff was very friendly.
Bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

The blackout curtains and the absence of nice drapes gave it a bit of a shabby appearance, which is a shame because it was a very nice suite.

Will not be staying at this location again
Pros:

The heated toilet seat

Cons:

The elevators weren’t working and we had no notice. The front desk was rude upon arrival and was very short with everything I had to say. We had no one offer to help us with our luggage when it was apparent I was injured.
