Had a very nice stay with my 3 children. We stood 5 nights and the room we had was perfect for the length of our stay! T
Pros:

The room size, cleanliness, staff, location, breakfast, facilities.

Cons:

The pool/hot tub were closed for the majority of our stay but ended up being open right before we left.

Enjoyed my time. Would stay again. Only 20 miles from DT Denver
Pros:

The hotel offers a really nice breakfast with lots to choose from. The fitness center had everything you could need. The room was clean and spacious. Shower was great and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance. I was looking forward to using it. But I understand things happen and repairs are needed.

The address provided through booking took me to a different location in a residential neighborhood and the phone number was disconnected.

Rooms were nice but make sure to clarify the amenities and if they are usable.
Pros:

The room was amazing.

Cons:

The property staff told us the pool was closed. It was one of the main reasons why we booked. Later in the evening I saw people using the pool and went and asked. The staff told me that the pool technically wasn’t closed they were just telling people that. Unfortunately pool was closing in 15 minutes at that point. Could not use.

It was nice.
Pros:

Property and rooms were clean. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Pool was freezing and hot tub was cold. There was a problem when we checked in they had reserved an extra room for us without us knowing. I’m assuming it was Booking.com since we used them. Thankfully, the staff was able to help and reverse the charges on the cancellation.

Avevamo prenotato una camera con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto ,ma il divano letto non era pronto ,dopo aver chiesto ci sono state date le lenzuola e lo abbiamo fatto noi,non è stato un problema ma dopo un lungo viaggio avremmo preferito trovarlo pronto
