In Terminal 2: The hotel's stand is located on the ground floor in the hotel zone, operating 24 hours a day all year round.
In Terminal 1: A hotel representative with a sign that says 'Gran Prix' is located at Gate 4 of National Arrivals/Departures, from 16:15 to 23:30 daily.

Nice shuttle and staff at reception, nice and space room and facilities
Unfriendly waiter, very unfriendly whilst paying the bill.

Nice clean modern facility.
We intentionally made reservations, confirming there was a shuttle to the hotel. In the morning after assuring ourselves that there would be a 7 AM shuttle we were deeply disappointed to be treated with indifference with a maybe the shuttle will be on time attitude. Really upset and frustrated with that service attitude And lack of reliability. Did everything we could on our part and they’re indifference is what makes me want to give this a zero rating.

The room was incredibly spacious and modern, the bed quite comfortable, and the shower superb! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the on-site restaurant, although pricey, was a welcome convenience. Last but not least, the free airport shuttle, a real rarity outside the US, was a wonderful convenience.
