Pros:

Overall, most of the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with one particular staff member was quite different and we had several issues with her hospitality during our stay. We were disappointed with car parking. There were many empty parking spaces available that were associated with booking an "apartment room". However, because we had booked a "studio room", she told us not to use these spaces and that we had to park on the street instead.
I understand that there are rules regarding parking, but surely on this occasion a little leniency could have been shown particularly when there were so many empty spaces available, otherwise a pleasant experience with the rest of the staff.

Definitely Recommened
Pros:

Staff were amazing and went beyond the call of duty to prioritize me an early check in due to personal circumstances.
The room was top notch, super well kept and comfortable. Very well equipped and clean.

Although it was just a night for us. I would definitely stay here for a vacation. Amazing pool, close to the beach and a nice little restaurant on the ground.
