Great host, great location, no soundproofing
Pros:

The location is unbeatable in Little Italy, less than a 5 min walk from a Rapid stop (red line). Mathew was a great host, very accommodating and responsive to any questions. The bed was comfy! This is a good value for your money overall considering usual cost for the area.

Cons:

Not a good location if you have mobility issues, as the apartment is up a couple flights of stairs. You have your own room, but not much privacy; the apartment is very small and the floors squeak with EVERY step- you can hear everything within the apartment (bathroom noises, the person in the other room, anyone using the kitchen, etc.)

It was satisfactory for a short stay-- as advertised-- clean and mostly quiet.
Pros:

The kitchen was big and the basics for cooking/ eating were all there.
Shower pressure and temperature was great.

Cons:

It was located on top floor of a walk up apartment building and the steps were steep and not easy to navigate. Parking was not nearby, no street parking at all due to set up of neighborhood businesses/ valet parking.

Superb
Pros:

First time staying in Little Italy. Definitely a good find and great value for price. Felt at home once I was in the building. Parking was a bit of a challenge but Mathew was able to help find me a suitable parking spot nearby. If you are looking for a space in Little Italy that is near shopping and restaurants, this is definitely the rental to use.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of a challenge especially during the evening hours.

Awesome Little Italy rock experience
Pros:

I was thrilled to stay at this charming spot in Little Italy. Its convenient location is a major plus, being close to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospital, Rainbow Hospital, and just a short distance from Cleveland Clinic. Mathew, the host, is exceptionally responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Cons:

There is nothing i did not like. Everything was beyond what I expected!
