Cons:

1- The bathrooms are not clean and discourage guests from extending their stay or returning in the future.
2- The shower mixer in the picture indicates that hot water is available, but unfortunately it is only cold water.
3- The Wi-Fi on the second floor does not work at all inside the rooms.
4- The air conditioning is very weak and needs cleaning or maintenance.
5- The noise of cars and motorcycles is very loud in the rooms facing the street.
6- Maintenance and drilling noises are annoying since 6 am on the last day in the hotel for residents in rooms 204, 203
