The room was not up to standard.
Bathroom was very dirty
No wash cloth to bath with
I had to be going to the Landry room for bath towel because none was inside my bathroom.

Never had hot water in the shower, very noisy area, cars honking, loud music, construction noise in the middle of the night. Could be an awesome place if they cared about the amazing property. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and the free breakfast was across the street, Kat’s Corner was awesome.

La propiedad se mira bonita pero el departamento esta en muy malas condiciones el toiler nonbajaba se iba en agua muchos problemas mas agarranos mi esposa y yo una alergia o infección en todo ls piel por falta de igiene en las sabanas ya que dure nueve dias y no las cambian seguido la verdad ni loco volveria ahi

The pictures of the hotel did not match the reality. When we checked the amenities at the hotel, it would have been more helpful if they said that the amenities were nearby. The water was shut off with no warning. Only the bedroom had AC.
The bed was comfortable.

This place is NOTHING like pictures. It was FILTHY. I spent my 1st day cleaning and disinfectanting. No blankets. No beddings for sofa bed. No hot water. Had to have maintenance fuy there to fix AC (only one AC and it's in the bedroom) that was leaking everywhere. Thought it was just my room and asked to switch rooms but told no. Met others while there and they said their room were disgusting also. Fighting and banging into door at 4am. Prostitutes. Barbwire was my gardenview family suite. The owners own everything on that block and do not care. Music till 2am(i didn't mind that) i could go on forever. Bottom line...... DONT STAY HERE

It was just what we needed for a five day trip.

I would give this property a zero if I could. And it’s advertisement it says that it is a beautiful spa like environment. This property is anything, but they put us in a filthy room that was not even finished at first when we complained they put us in other rooms that had bugs and unsafe water even to take showers in. We only stayed one night out of three that we had reserved because it was just that bad. We asked for our money back, but they ignored our request. Stay away from this place.

Terrible las imágenes no corresponden. Sucio , viejo inseguro . Los muebles rotos. Te mandan a otra propiedad los alrededores inseguros decidí no quedarme. Y mi rembolso nunca me lo han hecho es un SCaM . Agregó fotos. Usted tampoco se quedaría. No lo recomiendo en absoluto y hoteles . Con no te ayuda. This hotel did not look like it was advertised. When I arrived I felt completely bamboozled. This refrigerator was dirty, the shower was broken and the AC did not work. I asked for maintenance to fix it and they Turned it to “fan mode”. I did not have a good experience at this hotel.

Not as advertised at all. Bad water. Cold showers. No soap or towels. Bad area. Dirty bathroom. And broken air conditioner.

This place was horrible from the first moment. Pictures are nothing compared to the rooms. No hair dryer as promised, no laundry and breakfast is outside the hotel with few options and one drink. ( you can not get water coffee neeed to pay extra for that). Nobody except the receptionist spoke English. Asked for 3 more towels for a room of 3 and were asked at least 5 times why we need them. There was a water dispenser in the room which was empty when we arrived at night and stayed without water till next day cause everything was closed. Room old, the door is hard to lock and unlock. We didn’t like anything about this property. Asked on the first day to get our money back and leave and they didn’t want to do that.

The appliances were rusted, couch was pealing the A/C wasn’t working properly. The TV remote didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The locks on the door were broken. The shower handle had mildew on it and the water cooler in the room was empty.

The pictures are very decieving. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room was not available at 3pm to check in. Took a whole day to get toilet paper because there was none in our room. No hot water. The water jug in the room didn't work. The AC worked poorly. The door lock to the room was not safe. The building lost power on one of our nights. breakfast requires you to leave the suites and go down the streel. so much begging from street vendors and there isn't any peace. First and last for me.

There wasn’t anything that was good at this location. The property looks nothing like the website it was nasty, old, unsafe, and staff was not helpful at all.

Walkable area with beautiful groundings and many amenities. Good service, helpful staff.
